About Taimoor Zubairi
As the Founder and Principal of Lakeshore Corporate Advisory, Taimoor Zubairi oversees the Canadian operations of the practice. Taimoor takes pride in knowing that all client relationships are built on trust and integrity.
Taimoor is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) accredited by CPA Canada. In addition, he holds an honours Bachelor's degree (BBA) from York University's Schulich School of Business in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy & Corporate Innovation.
Before launching his practice, Taimoor worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Canada.
At PwC, Taimoor gained extensive experience in Transaction Advisory Due Diligence and Audit practice. Taimoor supported M&A transactions for clients across various sectors, including healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and technology, with transaction values up to $1Bn.
Alongside financial due diligence, these mandates included providing advisory support to the clients' C-suite executives. His experience and knowledge allow value-added advisory when counselling CEOs and executives of large to small organizations.
Throughout his tenure at PwC, one of the world's largest and most reputable advisory firms, Taimoor developed his core corporate advisory and client delivery skillset.
